Your Rights Regarding Refunds

In the event of a refund or cancellation, both the Consultant and the Client agree to the following:

Refund and Cancellation

Before the work begins: A full refund of any prepaid amount shall be issued to the Client.

After the work begins but before service is fulfilled: A partial refund of the prepaid amount shall be issued to the Client based upon the portion of work completed.

After the service is fulfilled: No refund shall be issued to the Client.

Carrier-Initiated Cancellation

If the Carrier cancels the service for any reason prior to fulfillment, a full refund shall be issued to the Client. The amount of the refund shall be credited to the original payment method within 30 days of service cancellation.

After the fulfillment of service has taken effect, the Client may not be eligible for a refund and may still be entitled to pay the Carrier.
